TERMS OF SERVICE — NABDH

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using NABDH, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Have the authority to represent a clinic or practice (if applicable)
• Agree to comply with all terms stated here

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

NABDH provides:

• Online appointment scheduling
• Queue management
• Clinic workflow tools
• Patient record management
• Staff scheduling
• Subscription-based access

The goal of NABDH is to replace traditional paper-based queue systems in Egyptian clinics and reduce waiting times.

3. Account Registration

Clinics must:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep login credentials confidential
• Ensure all staff using NABDH comply with these Terms

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

• NABDH operates on a monthly or yearly subscription model
• Prices may vary based on plan or clinic size
• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access

5. Permitted Use

Users may use NABDH only for:

• Managing clinic operations
• Booking appointments
• Storing patient data securely
• Accessing analytics and clinic tools

6. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share account passwords
• Misuse or illegally access patient data
• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or duplicate the platform
• Upload harmful code
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Provide false or misleading information

Violations may result in immediate termination.

7. Patient Records & Responsibility

Clinics are fully responsible for:

• The accuracy of patient information entered
• Securing their own devices and staff access
• Complying with Egyptian medical and privacy regulations

NABDH provides the system but does not provide medical advice and is not liable for medical decisions made by clinics.

8. Intellectual Property

All:

• Software
• Designs
• Text
• Logos
• Features
• Code

are owned by NABDH.

You may not copy, resell, or reproduce them without permission.

9. Availability & Maintenance

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Error-free performance
• Zero downtime

Maintenance or updates may temporarily affect availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

NABDH is not responsible for:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of data caused by user actions
• Downtime or technical issues
• Misuse of patient records by clinics or staff

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Payments are overdue
• Terms are violated
• Illegal or harmful activity is detected

Clinics may cancel their subscription at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.

Disputes must be resolved in Cairo courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of NABDH means you accept the changes.
